Terms of Sale

1. Who we are
Tickets on this website are sold by Echo Events & Catering Limited ("Echo Events", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17036315, with its address at Flat 4, 126 Peckham Hill Street, London SE15 5JT. Contact: info@echoevents.co.uk or 07951 787298.
For some events we sell tickets as an agent on behalf of the event organiser (the "Promoter"). Where this applies, the Promoter is named on the event page and is responsible for staging the event.
2. Buying tickets
- All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Any booking fee is shown before you pay.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
- Your order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email with your ticket(s) and QR code(s).
- Table bookings (e.g. tables of 10 or 12) are sold as one unit for the zone shown at purchase.
3. Your ticket
- Each QR code is valid for one entry and can be scanned only once. Keep it private; we are not responsible if a copy is used by someone else first.
- Tickets may not be resold for more than face value or used for commercial purposes. Tickets obtained in breach of this may be cancelled without refund.
- Age restrictions, ID requirements and entry times are shown on the event page. Entry may be refused to anyone who does not meet them.
4. At the event
The venue and the Promoter may refuse entry or remove anyone for safety reasons or behaviour that puts others at risk. Bag searches may apply. Line-ups and set times may change; a change of support act or running order is not a reason for a refund.
5. Cancellations and refunds
See our Refund Policy. Tickets for events on a specific date are not covered by the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
6. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the price you paid for your tickets.
7. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
