Who is responsible for your data

Echo Events & Catering Limited (company number 17036315), Flat 4, 126 Peckham Hill Street, London SE15 5JT, is the data controller. Contact: info@echoevents.co.uk or 07951 787298.

What we collect

Name, email address and phone number when you buy tickets or contact us.
Order details: event, tickets, zone or table, amount paid.
Entry records when your QR code is scanned at the door.

We never see or store your full card details. Payments are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy.

Why we use it

To process your order and send your tickets (performance of a contract).
To manage entry and safety at events (legitimate interests).
To answer enquiries and quotes (legitimate interests).
To send news about future events, only if you agree. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), our email and hosting providers, and the Promoter of the event you bought tickets for, only so they can run the event. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for 6 years for accounting and tax purposes. Enquiries are deleted after 2 years if no booking follows.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our ticketing and payment pages use only the cookies needed to complete your purchase securely.
